Fleetterms.
These terms cover what’s particular to hoppii fleet: its plans, how you pay, and what happens when you change plans. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.
The short version. The sections below are the full terms.
- Every plan has every feature and unlimited staff. Plans differ only in how many active vehicles you can list and the support you get.
- Prices include tax. You pay through a secure checkout, and we never store your card.
- Paid plans are paid in advance, for the whole month or year, before they start. We never bill you later for time you’ve already used.
- Nothing renews on its own. When your plan ends, we email you, and you renew when you’re ready.
- A free trial runs from the day you sign up. When it ends, choose a plan (Free included), or new bookings pause after 7 days.
- Upgrade any time and pay only the difference for the days left in your term.
- Downgrading works out the same way, but credit left over is not refunded. Moving to Free ends your paid time that day, also without a refund.
- Going over your limit never locks your records. After a grace period, new bookings pause until you’re back within your limit.
- Feedback we accept earns Rewards points: 20 points each, and 1 point takes ₱1 off a plan payment. Points aren’t cash.
About these terms
These hoppii fleet terms are part of your agreement with us under the Terms of Service and apply to every shop using hoppii fleet. Where they differ from the Terms of Service for hoppii fleet, these terms apply.
Only the shop’s owner can choose, change or pay for its plan. Staff can’t, whatever their role.
Plans and vehicle limits
hoppii fleet has a Free plan, paid plans, and a custom Fleet plan for larger operations. Each plan has a limit on how many active vehicles you can list. A vehicle is active unless you’ve set it to inactive, whether it’s out on a rental or parked.
Every plan, including Free, includes every feature and unlimited staff accounts. Plans differ only in their vehicle limit and their level of support. The current plans, limits and prices are listed on our pricing page.
Prices and paying
- Currency and tax. Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and include applicable taxes.
- Paid in advance. Every paid plan is paid in full, for the whole term (a month, or a year where offered), before that term starts. A plan, renewal or upgrade takes effect only once its payment goes through. We don’t bill in arrears, charge for usage, or invoice you later for time you’ve already used.
- Secure checkout. You pay through our payment provider’s hosted checkout, by card, e-wallet or QR. We never see or store your card details.
- See it before you pay. The checkout shows exactly what you’ll pay, including any credit, discount or setup fee, before you confirm.
- Setup fee. A plan may carry a one-time setup fee when you move to it from Free. There’s no setup fee if your shop started with a free trial. Any fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Promo codes and points. A valid promo code, or your Rewards points, can reduce what you pay. Points are applied at checkout unless you choose not to use them.
- Minimum payment. Our payment provider has a minimum amount per payment, currently ₱100. If a change would cost less than that and your credit doesn’t cover it, it can’t be paid by card, and the checkout will tell you.
- Reversed payments. If a payment to us is reversed, charged back or fails after the fact, we may undo what it paid for, such as a plan change or renewal, and remove any Rewards points it used or earned.
- Receipts. Every payment comes with a receipt you can download as a PDF.
Rewards points
We reward shops that help us improve hoppii. When you send us feedback from the app, such as a bug report or an idea, and we accept it, we add 20 points to your shop’s Rewards. We may change this number. The current one is always shown here and in the app. Points can also come from gift codes and other promotions we run.
- What a point is worth. 1 point takes ₱1 off a hoppii fleet plan payment. Points are applied at checkout, and you can choose not to use them.
- Which feedback earns points. We review every piece of feedback and decide whether to accept it. We accept feedback that is new to us, clear enough to act on, and useful, such as a bug we can reproduce or an idea we decide to build. Only the first report of an issue earns points. Duplicates, general questions and support requests don’t.
- Not cash. Points have no cash value. They can’t be withdrawn, exchanged for money, moved to another shop, or used for anything other than hoppii fleet plan payments. Unused points are not paid out when you downgrade, move to Free or close your account.
- Fair use. We may withhold or remove points gained by misuse, such as splitting one issue into many reports, reporting a problem you caused on purpose, or using more than one account.
- Changes. We may change how many points feedback earns, or end the programme, for feedback sent after we announce the change. Points already in your Rewards stay usable while your account is open.
Billing periods and renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly. When we offer yearly billing, a yearly plan is paid once for twelve months, currently at 20% off twelve monthly payments.
Plans don’t renew automatically, and we don’t charge you without your say-so. Your plan page always shows the date your plan runs to. When that date arrives, we email you and show a reminder in the app, and you renew by paying for the next term.
If you renew before the end date, the new term is added after your current one, so you don’t lose any days. If you renew after it, the new term starts on the day you pay.
If the end date passes without a renewal, you get a grace period, currently 7 days, during which your plan keeps working as normal, free of charge. Grace days are a courtesy: they’re never billed afterwards, and a renewal paid after your end date starts on the day you pay. If you still haven’t renewed when it ends, your shop moves to the Free plan. Your records, bookings and settings stay exactly as they were. If you then have more active vehicles than Free allows, going over your vehicle limit applies.
Free trials
From time to time we run a free trial for new shops. If you sign up while a trial offer is open, you get that offer’s plan free for its stated number of days, counted from the day you sign up, whenever the offer itself closes. No card is needed.
Open now: sign up by 31 December 2026 and get Fleet free for 30 days.
- Reminders. We remind you by email and in the app 14, 7 and 1 day before your trial ends.
- Choose any time. You can pick a plan during your trial, including Free. The plan you pick takes effect as soon as you pay, so if its vehicle limit is lower than your trial plan’s, the lower limit applies straight away. Your paid time is added after the trial ends, so you keep your free days, and there’s no setup fee. Choosing Free ends the trial that day.
- If you don’t choose. When the trial ends, everything keeps working for 7 more days. After that, new bookings pause until you choose a plan: you can’t create bookings or turn booking-page requests into bookings. Your booking page stays up and renters can still send requests. Rentals already underway, check-ins, returns, payments and all your records keep working.
- Your records stay. Nothing is deleted because a trial ended.
- One trial per business. Each business can have one free trial. We may refuse or end a trial obtained by creating more than one account, and we may change or end a trial offer for sign-ups after we announce it.
Upgrading
You can move to a bigger plan at any time. The new plan starts as soon as your payment goes through, or straight away if your points cover it.
If you upgrade partway through a paid term, we work out:
- a credit for the days left on your current plan, at its current price, and
- the new plan’s price for those same days.
You pay the difference. Your renewal date stays the same. For example, halfway through a month you’d pay half of the new plan’s monthly price, less half of your current plan’s.
Downgrading to a smaller plan
You can move to a smaller paid plan at any time, and it takes effect straight away. The same calculation applies: a credit for the days left on your current plan, against the smaller plan’s price for those days.
Because the smaller plan costs less, the credit will usually cover it and you’ll pay nothing. Any credit left over is not refunded or carried forward. The checkout shows this amount before you confirm, so if you’d rather not lose it, you can wait and downgrade closer to your renewal date.
If you have more active vehicles than the smaller plan allows, you’ll be asked to confirm before you downgrade, and going over your vehicle limit applies from then on.
Switching between monthly and yearly
- Same plan, monthly to yearly or back. This works like renewing early: the new term is added after your current end date and you pay its full price. There’s no credit, because you keep all the days you’ve already paid for.
- Different plan and different billing period. A new term starts on the day you switch. You pay the new term’s full price less a credit for the days left on your current term. As with downgrades, credit beyond the new price is not refunded.
Moving to Free
You can move to the Free plan at any time, and it takes effect straight away. Any paid time left on your current plan ends that day and is not refunded. The checkout tells you how much paid time you’d be giving up before you confirm. If you’d rather use it, you can simply not renew: your shop moves to Free on its own after your end date and grace period.
Going over your vehicle limit
Adding a vehicle is never blocked. If it takes you over your plan’s limit, or you move to a plan with a lower limit:
- a grace period starts, currently 15 days, with a countdown in the app and an email a few days before it ends;
- if you’re still over when it ends, new bookings pause: you can’t create bookings or turn booking-page requests into bookings. Your booking page stays up and renters can still send requests. Rentals already underway, check-ins, returns, editing bookings, payments and all your records keep working;
- the pause lifts as soon as you’re back within your limit: set enough vehicles to Inactive, which takes effect straight away, or upgrade, which takes effect once your payment goes through.
Refunds
Plan changes are settled through credit, as described above, so we don’t refund unused time on a plan in cash. If you believe you were charged by mistake, email hello@rackappsolutions.com and we’ll look into it. Nothing in these terms limits any right to a refund you have under the law.
The Fleet plan
The Fleet plan is for larger operations. Its price, vehicle limit and support are agreed with our team in writing, and that agreement applies alongside these terms. Like every paid plan, it’s paid in advance for each term, unless that written agreement says otherwise. Talk to us about it.
Price changes
We may change plan prices. A term you’ve already paid for keeps the price you paid. A new price applies from your next payment.
Your rentals and your renters
hoppii fleet is a tool for running your shop. The rentals themselves are between you and your renters. We aren’t a party to them, and we aren’t your agent, broker, insurer or payment collector. You set your rates, deposits, charges and rules, and you’re responsible for them, including for any tax, permits, registrations and insurance your business and vehicles need.
- Vehicles and renters. You decide whom to rent to. We aren’t responsible for your vehicles or for what happens during a rental, such as accidents, injuries, damage, theft, traffic violations, late returns, or renters who don’t pay.
- IDs and licences. hoppii records the IDs and licences you check, but doesn’t verify them. Checking that they’re genuine and valid is up to you.
- Charges and deposits. Late fees, fuel charges and deposit deductions that hoppii suggests are worked out from your own rates and settings. You can change every figure, and you decide what to charge and what to return. Disputes with renters about money are between you and them.
- Booking page. Your booking page shows your vehicles, rates and rules, as you set them. A request sent through it isn’t a booking until you accept it, and renters deal with you, not with us.
- Messages to renters. Emails hoppii sends for you, such as booking confirmations, go out in your shop’s name, with content from your bookings and settings. You’re responsible for that content. We send them on a best-effort basis and can’t guarantee delivery.
- Rental agreement. hoppii fleet’s built-in rental agreement is optional and stays off until you turn it on. It’s a starting point, not legal advice. Check that it suits your business and the rules where you operate, or use your own contract.
- Renters’ personal data. You’re responsible for your renters’ personal data, including what they send through your booking page, as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
