Do bigger plans unlock more features?
No. Every feature is on every plan, including Free: the booking page, agreements, invoices, reports, all of it. Plans differ only in how many vehicles you can list and the level of support you get.
What counts toward my vehicle limit?
Every vehicle that isn't set to inactive. Retire a unit or park it for the season, mark it inactive, and its slot frees up straight away.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing breaks. You get a grace period to upgrade or deactivate a vehicle, with a countdown in the app. If it ends and you're still over, new bookings pause until you're back within your limit. Check-ins, returns and payments keep working.
Do my renters need to create an account?
No. They request from your booking page with just a name and mobile number, and follow their request from a link. In Settings you choose which customer details are required: email can be asked on the booking page, and the rest when you confirm the booking.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Staff seats are unlimited on every plan. Roles let you decide who can take bookings, who can record payments and who can see the reports.
How do I pay for a plan?
Online, through a secure checkout, by card, e-wallet or QR. Move up, move down or go back to Free whenever your fleet changes.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. hoppii runs in any modern browser, so you can check a scooter in at the counter and read your reports on a laptop at home. There's nothing to install.
