What kinds of vehicles can I list?

Motorcycles, scooters, underbones, big bikes, sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, MPVs, vans and pickups. Each type asks only for the specs that matter to it, like engine size for bikes or seats for vans.

Can I use my own rental agreement?

Yes. Use hoppii's agreement and have it signed on screen or on paper, link to your own terms, or upload your own signed contract to the booking.

Do renters pay through hoppii?

Renters pay nothing when they send a request. You take payment the way you already do, cash, e-wallet, bank transfer or card, and record it in hoppii in a couple of taps.

Do you support rentals with a driver?

Yes. Keep your drivers on file with a daily fee. Renters can ask for a driver on your booking page, and the fee is added to the booking total.

What if a renter brings the unit back late?

Late rentals are flagged on your dashboard. At check-out, hoppii suggests a late fee from your hourly rate, plus any fuel shortfall, and takes it from the deposit. You can always adjust the numbers.

What if someone on my team deletes something by mistake?

It goes to Recently deleted, where you can restore it. The owner’s activity log also shows who changed what and when.
