Fair rules.
No lockouts.
Your plan counts vehicles, and we're relaxed about it. Going over never locks your records or stops a rental that's already underway.
Only active units count
Every vehicle that isn't set to inactive counts toward your plan. Park one for the season, mark it inactive, and the slot frees up straight away.
Going over? You get time
Adding a vehicle never blocks you. If it takes you past your plan, a 15-day grace period starts, with a countdown and a heads-up email before it ends.
The shop keeps running
If the grace period runs out, new bookings pause until you’re back within your limit. Rentals in progress carry on. Deactivating vehicles lifts the pause straight away, and an upgrade lifts it once your payment goes through.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign up by 31 December and you get Fleet free for 30 days from the day you join, no card needed. Before it ends, pick any plan, including Free. If you don’t, you get 7 more days, then new bookings pause until you choose. How trials work
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Up to 2 vehicles, every feature, unlimited staff, for as long as you like. No card needed to sign up.
Do bigger plans unlock more features?
No. Every plan has the complete product: the booking page, agreements, invoices, reports and everything else. Plans differ only in how many vehicles you can list and how quickly support gets to you.
What counts toward my vehicle limit?
Every vehicle in your fleet that isn't set to inactive, whether it's out on a rental or parked. Mark a unit inactive or remove it, and its slot frees up right away.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing breaks. A 15-day grace period starts with a countdown, and you'll get a heads-up before it ends. If it runs out, new bookings pause until you upgrade or set enough vehicles to Inactive. Your booking page stays up, and check-ins, returns and payments keep working.
How do I pay?
Monthly, or yearly to save 20%, through a secure hosted checkout, by card, e-wallet or QR. Prices include VAT, and every payment comes with a PDF receipt.
Will you charge my card automatically?
No. We don't store your card. When your plan ends, we email you and you renew with a couple of taps. If you don't, you get 7 more days and then move to Free.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Move up mid-term and you only pay the difference, with the unused days on your current plan credited. Moving down works the same way, but credit left over isn’t refunded, and moving to Free ends your paid time that day. The checkout shows the numbers before you confirm. How plan changes work
Do my staff cost extra?
No. Staff accounts are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Roles let you decide what each person can see and do.
